We made an apple avocado salad. We added sliced apple, onion, hard boiled eggs, bacon bits, lettuce, perilla leaf, and avocado to this salad. We mixed it all up until the avocado and egg yolks covered the salad like a creamy mayonnaise dressing (except a lot healthier). We also drizzled a tiny bit of olive oil and balsamic on top. The bacon added a nice depth, the apple and perilla leaf were brightening, and the avocado? Delicious!
The salad was much bigger than what is shown on this pretty tiny little plate, and we ate it all!
